A. No, domain name registration and hosting is included in the package price, but you will need to inform us of the domain name required.
Q. Can I see my website while it is under construction?
A. Yes, the website design will be uploaded periodically to the demonstration site during construction, so you can monitor the progress of the development.
Q. Who owns the domain name?
A. Any domain name we purchase will be registered in your name, not ours.
Q. How long does it take for a project to be completed?
A. Generally, after all the content has been received, we aim to turn around a standard website within 7 working days. The turnaround time for complex bespoke and database sites is dependant on the functionality required.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: A 25% deposit is required before any work on a website will be undertaken.
Q. Do I need to use a local web design company?
A. No. We design sites for clients all over the UK, but rarely meet them, all communication is usually done electronically, this enables us to keep our prices low.
Q. Do you do site visits?
A. In order to keep our prices low, we are not able to offer site visits outside of the West Coast of Lancashire area. It is simply not economically viable to visit clients outside of our local area.
